Questions 1-10 of 11:
- I was wondering How to best use a 5" DA sander In the Block sanding process.
I'm at the point where I'm Dry sanding a Primer surface to prepare for the base coat.
Or should I not use a DA sander at all? Different articles I've read seem to go different directions
I plan on using a Guide coat, and thought the DA would save hours
Thanks, Dan

The siding is probably chaulking (rub your finger on the siding and see if there is 'chaulk' on your finger) and needs to be pressure washed and scrubbed prior to painting. I would recommend priming the siding as well to ensure good adhesion. A paint job on properly prepared vinyl siding can easily last 10-12 years. To set up a free estimate, call me at 916-439-2973.
